The people here are super friendly. They gave me a flu shot while I waited for my prescription. I'll definitely be going here now.

Two stars because the pharmacy staff at the back seem nice. Any other service I’ve received here has been absolutely horrible. Post Office staff are the slowest in their profession, I’ve waited an hour with only 2 people in front of me. Besides the horrid wait times, they are some of the rudest people in customer service. When picking up a package, upon approaching the counter for my turn, I said “hello” and was given the response “all I need is your identification, I’m not interested in anything else”. I’m genuinely worried about receiving Canada Post items because I may have the misfortune of having to come here to get them. In some parallel universe where this is the only pharmacy left on earth, and the only way to get the medicine I needed to survive was from this pharmacy, I’d simply choose to perish instead.

Jan 31 just after 12 pm (noon) The elderly Indian lady (I think she is the owner) is extremely rude. After seeing her be very rude to a customer in front of me I just wanted the price of a package sent she wanted me to pay for the box in advance! (it was a display box that was already unfolded and I put it right back) Basically accused me of trying to steal it! Then I was in the aisle using my cell phone and put a sweater I was mailing out back into my backpack and she yelled out to me in front of a huge line of customers "what did you just put in your backpack?" She had even ALREADY seen the sweater I was trying to mail....totally humiliated me I was NOT trying to take anything. Then she called out "stay away from my inventory" basically the aisle of goods for sale was also totally cluttered with other boxes. I looked online too and found other reviews of her accusing people of stealing.I would NEVER buy anything at Quadra Village Drug Mart (I only go there to access Canada Post) Every aisle is a disaster with junk and boxes piled up, it would be scary buying any food item there with all the stock piled up they must have hundreds of expired packages. I put in a complaint to Canada Post they should find a location with decent customer service.

Worst place to buy Medicine... they have a sign to wear mask all the time in Quadra village Pharmacy, But look at the owner working behind the counter not wearing mask.......Thanks for your review. BUT I was there in the store for more than 20 min to wait in a line & the person you are talking about he walking all around the place and he passed by me to enter behind the counter WITHOUT WEARING MASK.. it’s doesn’t matter if he behind the counter or not , it’s matters that you guys need to provide us a safe environment to he can not speared any germs or virus to anyone.

I've been coming here for 3+ years for my prescriptions and have never had it be so easy-- all the staff are super friendly and the delivery option is so fast and convenient.

This place is incredibly unprofessional. You can tell their priorities are money but not customer service or pride in their work. The owners are quite rude, like to argue and tell you how you are while taking no responsibility for their own mistakes and flaws. They sell food past its due date without notifying the buyers. CHECK ALL DATES ON THE PRODUCTS. They also have a mouse problem so check any food you purchase as many times its been stepped on or nibbled by the little ones. Its very dirty and disorganized and don't bother searching for makeup. There's tons of boxes everywhere and the section is all out of date products and a complete mess. They have some fun products but its not worth the stress, there's no prices on many items or they're the wrong price and she does not stay true to the signs. Skip this place. The owners will probably comment trying to dismiss this like they always do with every other comment but don't let that fool you.

I've never a good experience here, especially with the post office. If there's a lineup, expect to wait 45-60 minutes while the clerk takes longer than necessary. They're either chatting with customers or trying to figure out how to look for packages (hint: try using the computer and scan the tracking code). They ask for your ID quite rudely, and can barely answer your questions that any post office clerk should know. Another issue is that they have no idea what the hours for the post office are (perhaps there aren't any?). Google Maps [1], their website [2], the signs inside the store [3], and the Canada Post delivery notice [4] all have a different set of hours. I know it's a licensed postal outlet, so not much Canada Post can do. Too bad they won't deliver my mail somewhere else (I'd be happy to walk twice as far to a store that actually has friendly and knowledgeable staff). The inside of the store is always a disaster. Boxes everywhere, piles of products on the floor, and price tags are nowhere to be found. The owners like to post false 5-star reviews with accounts they made (just check their recent contributions... almost every 5-star reviewer seems to visit the exact same businesses). Before the inevitable reply from the owners: No, I am not your competitor. I've never once phoned your business. I'm just writing an honest review of a business owned by less-than-honest people (because of the false reviews). I encourage everyone to report reviews from fake accounts.

I don't like only giving 2 stars but I have to say that every time I go into this store it is store it is so disorganized and ugly looking gang. If they straightened up their aisles man it would look way better the environment would be way better a better. After looking at everyone's reviews I guess I'm not the only person who thinks that way I am going to look for their competition hishin and perhaps I can go there instead . Just clean up your stock and make it look a little nice It's not that hard. And sales would go up . Just my opinion I want nothing but the best for all merchants a chance especially During these hard times I just checked the expiry dates of the things that I bought and the kind Bar was expired (May 2021)..crappy?
