Please be aware of all the FAKE reviews posted by a competing pharmacy in the area. Due to their terrible business model, malpractice issues, and a complete lack of customer service... they have lost considerable business to us. As a result, they are trying their best to tarnish the pharmacy's reputation. If there was any dissatisfaction with our services, prices, or any other issue, we would like challenge these "reviewers" to come forward and deal with us directly.
These FAKE reviews will be flagged for inappropriate and misleading content and harassment.
Anyone who has an issue with the Pharmacy or the Pharmacist that have done them any wrongdoing are free to write to the College of Pharmacist of British Columbia. That would be more beneficial to them than writing a Google review and misleading the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my Grandmother was ripped off by this pharmacy, I did some research and determined that the owner was previously operating a pharmacy known as the “the Chemist” in Vancouver. It was closed down after pharmacopeia made allegations of fraud. He is now here operating under a different name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t have anything to do with any competing pharmacy. My elderly mother lives in Ross Place. She came here and was gouged and cheated by the pharmacist. I will be filing a complaint with the College of Pharmacists. I hope this place is closed down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was I'll with ? for over a week asked for my medication to be delivered .Had to isolate myself And not go anywhere I was very I'll and alone they refused and I had no choice but to crawl to the pharmacy.when I could not walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in Victoria for almost 6 months and the Hillside Fort Royal Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies that I've been a patient at. I decided to switch to Fort Royal after clients had their medications delivered to my workplace, and I'm so glad I made the switch.
They are organized, communicative, knowledgeable, and very kind and care about their patients! If you need medications delivered on a timely basis, they're able to work it into their schedule and get you what you need, by the time you need it. Their customer service is amazing, and they also can offer help getting registered for Fair Pharmacare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. Small businesses in Victoria are very busy and often short staffed, but the staff still took the time to make me feel welcome. The three Fort Royal Pharmacies are the only pharmacies distributing Covid Tests for the Small business government program and they must be very busy handling all that. Yet the staff were responsive to my inquiries and scheduled a time promptly. Thanks!
