I had a really amazing experience at this store with all staff. Manny was the main person who took on my questions and helped me pick out the best parts for my custom build that fit my needs and budgets and never was pushy or lead me astray.
I’m a person who hasn’t been up to date on all the newest PC hardware and Manny was very patient and helped answer many many questions I had, to get my perfect ideal build.
After over a month of staying in touch with emails back and forth and suggesting parts and specifications that fit my needs. I’m very happy with every part that he suggested and helped me purchase.
Manny is the man, and all the staff you’ll find at this location, is friendly and helpful in positive buying experience.
I’ll be back, for sure!

Hello again, no need to use my credit card, as I mentioned any payment method is fine.

Not only that, but the prices are competitive. When they'll price match anything why would you go anywhere else? I got a custom build done with them and I'm completely satisfied with the results and they made my life so much easier.

They're fast to respond, take the time to research precisely what I'm needing, explained the pros and cons of things, extremely knowledgeable. Can't speak highly enough, I'm gonna be purchasing all my personal computer stuff from them from now on. Competitive prices, too. I'm really happy this place exists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased my new computer from Rigel almost a month ago. I first wanted to build my own computer and relive my experience of being in high school, building my first computer. After gathering all the parts Rigel pointed out that we built pretty much the same rig that was on display. I purchased the pre build and couldn't be more happy. Rigel and the memory express team will always be my go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently my graphics card and cpu cooler both died after only two years. I was smart and had gotten the 4 year warrenty when building my pc with them, and took it in to get repairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything, and got to work as soon as possible. I took it in Monday and they had replaced the parts by Wednsday! Because of the warrenty, I didn't have to pay anything for the new parts or the labour involved. I saved over $2500! The staff were transparent and answered all my questions. Now my computer is working great and I couldn't be happier. I can't recommend them enough, whether your building a pc or having it repaired!

I am currently in school for IT and will continue to use them as long as they have what I require. Very reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff.
I had a simple misunderstanding with an upgrade and the manager looked after everything. It wasn't even an issue beyond the manufacturer needed to update some information about my laptops upgrade capabilities but regardless they took care of everything. Highly recommend the downtown Victoria branch.
