★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I first walked in, until months later when I found my bike, Jason's customer service was exceptional!!!!! He gave me honest feedback, I never felt any pressure to spend more than I was comfortable with.
Jason's professionalism really helped me choose my 2022 Road King with no regrets!!! The most outstanding part is that even though the sale is done and I am waiting to bring the bike home Jason is still instilling excitement, sending me pictures, helping me personalize it, and really making me feel like part of the H.O.G community. THANK-YOU JASON!!
Shout out to Heather in financing!!! She knew exactly what I needed and took care of everything making it a stress free process!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made the purchase of my first Harley today and I can't tell you how amazing the experience was! The service was excellent and the team was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The atmosphere within the store was relaxed and the store was very well organized. Jason was my primary salesman with help from Amy, both were welcoming and professional, demonstrating their pride in the brand and attention to detail that saw them cleaning a spot of residue moments before I left well long after the sale was complete. They alone made the experience worth writing this review. Shannon was also excellent to deal with, providing a no pressure financing experience with helpful suggestions that made process simple and allowed me to feel confident in my purchase. Speaking with Gary was one of the last steps in the buying experience. You could instantly feel his pride in the dealership. His attitude and professionalism was further an example of the high quality experience that was a product of the whole team. I would gladly purchase from this team again and I look forward to my first service. Thanks for everything.

Buy or trade up your Harley Davidson, purchase electric bikes, clothing line and more. This location has been open for about 10 years. A beautiful store clean and shiny with knowledge staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought a lot of motorcycles from the Victoria Barnes Harley-Davidson. The staff and service has been incredible over the years. Steeve, Gary, and Heather have always tried their best to get us what we want. Mark in parts, and Kevin in service know their stuff, nobody I'd trust more to give me advice on my bikes.
You only go back to the same place this many times when you feel you are treated right!

His genuine demeanor was very appreciated, and he knew what he was talking about. From that meeting to my very first poker-run, Jason Heather and Gary (seriously, every one of the staff members I met) were very helpful, insightful and professional. I am so glad I made the decision to buy a new bike through the Victoria Barnes crew, they felt like old friends from the first handshake.
