★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was fast which was appreciated but the experience was ruined by a mechanic who was trying to gouge $600 from me. They claimed my bike was dangerous to ride, citing several ostensible mechanical issues, despite no performance issues ever coming up. These problems were also not identified when I got my brakes serviced here in the fall. I got a second opinion at another bike shop and they couldn't find the same ones that this mechanic had described except for a somewhat loose hub, which they tightened (the first mechanic recommended a new one altogether), charging me $30 for the fix (yes, a 20× reduction). The mechanics at the second shop asked me who looked at it and when I described this person, they identified them as a former employee that may have had some unresolved disgruntlement with them after leaving and likely exaggerated the service needed due to this shop's sticker on my frame. Very unprofessional behaviour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is amazing, from start to finish. I'm from Vancouver and liked their selection but was hesitant to order from a shop so far away. The experience was nothing short of amazing, from finding a bike that worked for my budget and riding style to accommodating rapid shipping once a deal was agreed on. I now have the bike in hand and could not be happier! I will absolutely be a customer for life at this shop. Thank you Parker & crew for the wonderful experience!

Staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and honest, which isn't always the case at other bike shops for female customers like myself. I truly appreciate the folks here. And obviously the bikes and accessories are awesome!

So knowledgable and enthusiastic, and she also shared a bunch of local cycling clubs! Even when the shop didn't have exactly what I needed she could tell me where else to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a tune up plus a bunch of work on my bike. They understood my budget and worked with it to make sure I was happy with the price. They also did a fantastic job! My bike feels brand new. They even left the bike tape off so I could do it myself.
Couldn't be happier with Broad St. They will forever be my bike shop.
