Long story short, I had a warranty issue on a new e-bike from Giant that Giant was dragging their feet on. It was quickly identified as a faulty product that needed to be warrantied. Russ Hay's was extremely supportive through the issue and eventually took the parts off their shelf and got them shipped to me directly, instead of making me wait for Giant to honour the warranty. I'll be buying my next bike from Russ Hay's for sure...it just won't be a Giant!

Whether its buying a bike, getting a same day fix of my derailleur thats exploded, returning some gloves where the stitching is coming apart, or a wobbly bike rack needing help. They always just get it done, and with positive energy. If any other retailers are struggling to compete with Amazon, they should go buy something or complain about something at Russ Hayes, and experience it for themselves. Don't buy bike gear anywhere else :)

These guys know what they're talking about and are very helpful in weighing the benefits vs. cost so you can be sure you get what you need at the best price. My wife and I went in with zero knowledge. We found the staff to be helpful and non-judgmental. We will make this our first stop when we need anything in the future.

Today only reinforced the impression I had last time that these guys will do anything to make the customer happy. It was a busy Saturday and all I needed was a new water bottle holder for my wheelchair. Andy immediately recommended the best holder for my chair and installed it for me at no charge. It wasn’t a straight forward instal either and Andy had to customize it to fit my wheelchair. I so appreciate their service and great products. You are appreciated!
