I felt fully informed throughout the whole experience, from the booking of an appointment, to walking me through the estimate and diagnostic process, up to pick-up and payment day. I appreciated the communicative staff and mechanics who ensured I was aware of all the things that needed taking care of - and some unexpected, but necessary replacements after thorough inspection. Super excited to riding my bike again, knowing it's had a full once-over with thoughtful attention to detail. Thanks for your hard work!

After trying everything I could think of I headed to North Park Bikes. Joe immediately offered to help, grabbed some lube and some tools and went with me to see if he could free the lock. In five minutes he had it open and my bike was ready to roll. The cost of a new lock was paid for with a warranty refund Joe arranged for the old one. No charge. The best bike shop in Victoria with the nicest people and best service. Hands down.

Billy and ALL the team (including the owners) went over the top in helping us all the way through the process. Brompton's are expensive, and so we appreciate so much being able to have someone local help us select the options, and hold our hands through the entire process. The pandemic makes it difficult for the bike stores to work with Brompton, but North Park were so persistent, that we ended up getting our bikes 2-3 months earlier than expected! We appreciate so much the time they spent with us and their expertise. They include a two year basic tuneup which is the icing on the cake. We could't be happier with the service of North Park, and we feel like we're part of an extended family! The photo shows how little space they take in our apartment!

Went in with my old bike and the (British?) guy downstairs in the repair shop was super friendly and up front about trade in values, repair costs, and what I could sell it for privately. Really felt like he had my best interests in mind as apposed to just trying to make profit for the shop. Great experience!
