s	shaun barry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold me the wrong part after i called discribed thw issue and part needed when i arrived i was assured i was rexiving the correct part witch in fact was not and after it blew thew assured me they had the correct part but after returning then they stater it was not in the category they carry. But down the street was another motor shop and they were quick and able to help me out.
w	walter mcginnis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an electrician . I wished to purchase a motor for a kitchen hood fan. The person who served me said that he did not have a replacement for my motor. I asked him did he know where I might get the replacement. He then pulled a motor off a shelf and said this one would work but the bracket holding the motor would have to be drilled. I said fine and asked him what was the cost of this motor. He said he was busy and did not have time to look this up. I was the only person in the store. I left the store perplexed as to what was the problem. I have been in business for 35 years. I know when communication between a costumer and a sales person can get a little stressed. This did not seem to me to be the case here. This person was just plain rude. I would give him no stars but the program will not allow it.
h	heating guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a job that furnace induction motor needed replacing. $110 for a new one at my regular supplier but 3 days away. Went to Bob's and Jack quoted $400 for his replacement. When asked why so much he said he had to use the old housing and labor would be tricky. Started talking about how difficult it would be. Relayed the price and the client didn't want to wait 3 days as weather was cold. Bill came out to $450 and work was done in 10 minutes. When I went to install the blower cage rubbed against the housing and made very loud sound. When I called Jack and told him he needed to adjust the position of blower cage he said bring it back. It was already installed and would have added 1.5 hrs to my bill for my time. Wanted him to come to site but he didn't. So I made the adjustment myself. Total disappointment from the lack of expertise to the lack of honesty to not taking responsibility for their work... taking advantage of a situation to charge 450 for a motor that cost them less than 100. Will not get my business again.
