We just ordered a new set for our suite, and our renovations took longer than planned, so the counter tops sat at Paterson's for over a month. When we did pick them up, they were in perfect condition and installed perfectly. Paterson's is our go-to for any type of counter top. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super impressed with the staff. Went into the showroom with a lot of questions and had all of them answered and more! They gave me lots of suggestions and sent me home with larger samples. Quote was lower than the competition and they got it to me right away. The install was quick and went smoothly, the installer left my kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived! I will not hesitate to recommend Paterson Countertops to everyone I know. I will be back for future renos down the road.

Had checked in with Colonial but since we were a small job they didn't seem very interested in giving us a proper quote, etc. Found Paterson and they were incredibly helpful and super nice! Their regular prices seem to be slightly less than Colonial but they also have a "Bone yard" where they have smaller amounts at half price and they will still cut to size and finish off the way you want it!! Turned out super nice and certainly much better quality than the stuff you get at the big box stores!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did three incorrect installs. We still have a back splash that is too short on one end and too long on the other. One of the incorrect installs left us without a sink to use or water in the kitchen for 6 days.The caulking was partially done in white instead of clear which now needs to be picked out and redone. They gave us a discount to compensate for all of their errors but this did not change the fact that we wished we had never used them and would strongly discourage others from using them as well- it was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kitchen renovation is stressful and so many things can go wrong. One of the most reassuring part of the whole project for us is the service from Paterson countertop. They were crystal clear in explaining the process, quick to reply my email and answer my questions. They were able to schedule the installation within 2 weeks of template measurements. Their price is also better than a few other ones we enquired. Very happy to have found them!!
