Watch out for their business policies as well as they are unstated - next thing you know they charge your card without consent!!!!!

This business is the most unethical organization I have ever dealt with. Their policies are unfriendly and not customer oriented. Any email exchanges are nasty and the management is very harsh. Initially, the staff was very friendly, but don't be fooled.
S	Spectrum Alberta (Spectrum Metal Polishing) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discussed a few possible stickers, and they made recommendations for our purpose - company logos to put on our projects (polished metal). They offered to send samples of other stickers they had produced, which was HUGE - had we gone with a see-through vinyl (like I thought would work best), you would have seen the adhesive on what was an otherwise mirror finish. We got high-tack adhesive, laminated, silver-backed bumper stickers for the semi-trucks we typically polish.

The labels turned out great and I look forward to placing another order for a different brand soon. The only part of the experience that was a little underwhelming was production and shipping times. I don't know what all goes into the process and the company may not be U.S. based so that could be why. Overall I was extremely pleased with the quality of the labels and they made our product look very professional. Well worth it.

However, I have had a few mistakes over the past 8 or so months and am completely shocked at the lack of customer service I have just received. First they changed the type of material for my labels without telling me. This resulted in a different color. They told me there was no difference but fixed it and it made it a little better. I didnt have the time to ask them for a reprint so I let it go. This last label print not only was the color off but the thickness was off too. The owner said there is no difference and even told me the label I had brought in was not from them. I honestly cannot believe this is how he treats his customers. He not only will fix the problem, he will now not print my tea labels and I am almost out. I need time to find a new label company and this really hurts me. ITs one thing to tell the customer they are wrong and that there is nothing they can do but its a totally wrong to not print labels because you do not want to admit you are in the wrong and leave someone hanging. As a business owner I pride myself on excellent customer service! This is by far the worst experience I have ever ever had and I will be sure to warn everyone about this experience. Also I have never written a bad review in my life until now.
