★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boyd's Auto on John St are amazing!!! I had to have my 2020 Venue painted. Hard to match the paint as the vehicle is so new. The work was completed to perfection. AND, to my surprise, the inside was cleaned to perfection as well. I felt I was treated like a Queen. Thanks, Bodys Auto!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE OF THIS AUTOBODY SHOP! Very bad experienced here. If you want SCRATCHES all over your car please come in this shop. THEY DON'T CARE & A LIAR... THEY SAID THEY NEVER USED A BRUSH FOR MY VAN & I SAW IT WHAT THEY ARE USING, IT'S A F**NG BIG BRUSH. I don't know what's in their mind, 3mos old bnew van with a shiny black paint & used big brush to clean my van after fixing the bumper. Even the bumper they fixed have scratches. REALLY CAN'T BELIEVE IT WHAT THEY HAVE DONE IN MY VAN. Even they detailed my Van you can still see all the scratches specially the exterior plastic. NOT ONLY IN EXTERIOR BUT ALSO INTERIOR SCRATCHES!!! They said it's FAIR and & they can't do anything to fix my van.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly staff and quick, thorough service. The car had to go in for 2 things, and we were able to pick it up the very next day all done and cleaned up on the inside and out, which was a nice surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peter, Martin, and one of the clerks were very patient and helpful in getting our vehicle repaired after rodents damaged the power steering. They had to outsource the electrical, and unfortunately that company did the bare minimum. Martin took the time to detail our vehicle afterwards to help keep the rodents from coming back.

I was driving back to Ontario in a week and the 2nd day into that week I accidentally rear ended someone & unfortunately smashed up the left side of my Ford Edge and the headlight was gone!.. I was furious not to mention to find a garage that would take my car in and help me out in record time … BOYD was the ONLY garage that Would touch my car after shopping around for hours. They were so understanding! They squeezed me in and fixed up my car ASAP so I was ready for the long drive home... on time! Every member of that team were so personable and efficient. They knew what they had to do and helped me out big time! If it wasn’t for them I would definitely have been pulled over several times on the ride back to ON. I cannot thank you guys enough for truly caring about your customers and helping me out during this rough time. I highly recommend BOYD autobody & glass to anyone looking for the perfect fix ! Thank you all, I really appreciate everything you guys have done for me ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my 2018 Nissan Versa to the dealership as a piece of the trim had come loose. They charged $130 for the part and then told me it would be 3 weeks before I could get an appointment to have it installed. I drove to Boyd Auto Body, went in and asked if someone could take a look at my car and let me know when it could be scheduled for an appointment. Martin came outside, asked for my keys, drove it around to the back, 5 minutes late I was driving away with everything done. No appointment, no charge and it looks like I drove it out of the factory. Thank you very much Boyd Auto Body, I remain an extremely satisfied and loyal customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended Boyd to get some autobody and glass work completed on my 2004 F150 due to a comprehensive claim. During my first interaction with Boyd, one of the bosses, who I believe was Peter, stayed late and answered my questions about the process for about half an hour in his office (it was my first claim ever) so I could understand better how the claim and repair process worked. He was entirely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about bodywork and estimating. When I decided to take my truck in, they helped make the rental vehicle situation very easy and efficient from drop-off to pick-up. a few days later, I went to pick up my truck and found that everything was repaired perfectly and they even cleaned out the inside and outside of my truck. The sheet metal repair and paint repair was excellent and they did a clean job replacing the electric rear cab window. I was entirely happy with the whole process and I will be taking my truck back to Boyd next time it needs a repair.
