I am very impressed with the staff’s professionalism, high quality work, and Kurt’s efforts to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. My badly damaged car was returned to me looking brand new. I highly recommend Advance Collision to anyone.

Update #2: Got a nice passive aggressive call from the owner about how 'sorry spending $25 on gas would cause me so much distress'. It doesn't - it's your entitled, disrespectful and dismissive attitude and your laziness to do a bit of simple math to figure out how much gas I used (i drove 77km over the 2 weeks). I would have been 100% fine you charging me $15 rather than $25. It's not the $10 difference that bothered me, it was the smug grins from your employees about how you 'could have charged me $40 so I should be grateful' rip off attitude that bothers me. There are better repair shops in town so you should at least try not to fail at customer service over $10. It's not me getting upset over the pittance of money but you willing to sell out your reputation over such a trivial amount and taking advantage of people during a natural disaster. Shame on you. ------------- Update to review: Nothing like being told you are getting 'a deal' from a company for them not ripping you off more. Thanks for 'the discount" . Classy. Buyer beware I guess. Never again. -------------------------------- This place provides poor work, is not professional, the quality of customer service is poor, does not get work done on time, gouges people during the gas shortage and low balls estimates by almost 50% making me wonder if they are over billing ICBC. I will not use this place again I recommend to others to get work done elsewhere. Overcharging people on price when they try to return their rental vehicle for gas when you can’t physically get gas because everywhere is sold out is a business I don’t want to work with. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

As a life long Greater Victoria local I've seen this shop my whole life, and finally I was given the opportunity to use their services. First the appraisal was fast and scheduling the work was easy. Next I saw front desk (Lynn) and she is very helpful, kind and informative through the whole process. Finally the body work I had done turned out fantastic, car looks better than new. I will definitely return here for my next ICBC claim.

Advance has worked on two of my vehicles now. One ICBC Claim and one I paid for myself. Both experiences were fantastic. Staff were courteous, kind, and went above and beyond to deliver a top quality repair. I would recommend Advance Collision to everyone!

This place has looked after me and my vehicle (past to present) for almost two decades. Unfortunately as a victim of several instances of vehicular vandalism, hit and runs, and rear-ended accidents, most of the staff there know me by first name basis. Stellar service every time from making sure my vehicle is fixed flawlessly in a timely manner to thoroughly cleaning the vehicle inside and out. I won't settle for any other alternative autobody shop in the city. Had very bad experience with another shop in the past; no regrets making the switch since.

We have been using Advance Collision for our bodywork whenever we have had the unfortunate luck of an accident for the past 10 years. Our experiences have always been great and this one was no different. We had some body work done and had some concerns. The staff were quick to go over the issue with us and immediately offered to correct the situation. Upon completion we could not have been more happy. Absolutely top notch service. This was my second experience with Advance, this time for a much more intensive job, and I was more than impressed with their level of quality, professionalism, timeliness and communication. I would not hesitate for a second to take my car back there - and I'm very picky about who touches my car.
