★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service and very unprofessional. Ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and was told it would arrive in 2-3 business days. Its been 2 weeks since the expected arrival date, and no communication to inform me of status. I have attempted to contact multiple times and left several messages for information and not once have I had my call returned. At least have the due diligence to inform your customers if unable to accomodate, so they can make other arrangements. Would not recommend to anyone. Many other glass stores in Victoria which are more deserving of my/your business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had dealt with B&E Glass in the past and had reasonably good service so I went back for glass for another job. Gave them the info for the job and was told I would be emailed a quote. Five days went by and nothing. Called them and no one answered so I left a message asking what's happening with my quote. Never heard from them. I went to First Response Glass and got a quote online in 2 hours! Only gave B&E a one star rating because you have give them something or your review won't get posted. They don't deserve it.
