★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a rock to the windshield on Sunday barreling down the sea-to-sky on our way home from Whistler. It was a nasty thing right in front of the driver's line of sight. Called Broco on Monday morning and was able to bring it in at 3pm. By 3:45pm, I was driving off and could hardly tell that anything had happened. Seriously - the chip basically disappeared. Not to mention, they did all the work with our private insurance company for us, so it didn't cost me a dime. Very good, friendly service, and fast too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer experience, good staff, very professional service. I came in with a very long crack in the front windscreen... Was quoted 4 hours but they had it done in less than 3 hours!
And the price was very good also!
I've had 2 vehicles come here in the last year and both are now in tip top shape!

Windshield required special order but came in on time, and service was impeccable. Jeff was terrific - car was cleaned (unexpected!!) - glass is perfect - lifetime warranty. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is unreal! Probably the friendliest front desk service, both in person and on the phone. I called them, the next day my window was fixed. Very quick service, and very good quality work.
My window came from up island, but still managed to get service the next day. The staff was working alone the whole day, both in the shop and the front desk but still managed to get service the next day. My car's windshield was unique and needed calibration, still got it done.
I even had stickers on my glass for parking and service reminder that they added to the new glass. I had a dash cam that they not only removed, they even added double-sided tape so I can reapply it to the new window.
I'm blown away by how great the service is here. There is a reason this place has such a great rating, they deserve it.
