I believe in this shop, and I believe this shop looks out for its coustomers. I have seen a variety of coustomers and Dan has always shown respect. I have bought various products from this shop, and the staff have always been polite and professional. I respect the advise i have gotten from Dan, and he has even coached me with road knowledge for bad driving conditions with my trailer. I genuinely believe this Man takes pride in his work, and I truly believe that he cares and stands by his products. Through his shop I was introduced to Rack Attack, and through Rack Attack I was introduced to Aeroline. All of these shops have made a positive impact with me, and all shops started from Action car and truck.
I have herd Aeroline and Action have since worked together on another project, and I love hearing about local buisness owners working together.
I am grateful to this shop for de snagging an electrical problem, as well as work with other local shops to get the bigger job Δone. I think this would be a great place to work, and I thank you all for giving me confidence again in my truck.

β β β β β Two weeks ago, I was disparate to have a hitch and wiring installed on my SUV. Dan, the manager, made my day.. he ordered the parts and set the installation day...quicker and much cheaper than anticipated. all done in one quick visit.. Yesterday the hitch and wiring was installed as scheduled.. I am now ready to head out to Ontario.. thanks to Dan's great customer service.

β β β β β Dropped by Action today to order a new hitch and wiring harness for my wife's 2017 Ford Escape, upon advice of a few online Ford forums. Dan greeted me within seconds of walking into the store, and located both the hitch and harness in his warehouse in Edmonton and it should arrive in a few days. Great experience, thank you Dan for excellent service.

β β β β β I called around for a trailer hitch installation. Dan picked up the phone at Action and was very helpful in my making an informed decision to choose Action Car & Truck for my hitch installation. I arrived for my scheduled appointment on time only to discover that a vehicle being worked on before me had its own problems locking out Actions staff from performing their work and it needed to be towed on dollies out of their service bay to be able to work on mine. The tow truck arrived began hooking up the locked vehicle and its dolly broke adding even more delays for the shops scheduled work. At the end of business hours Dan came to me apologizing for delay and that staff were leaving. You can imagine my frustration. Well, Dan after reviewing the work left and how, he came out and said that he would stay and finish the job himself. This is service of the highest order. He stuck it out so my car was done today and save me having to return the next day to finish which would have been terribly inconvenient. Thank you Dan!! I recommend Action Car and Truck as the place for all accessories!! 5 stars!!

β β β β β I was searching for a cargo bed divider for my 2022 Dodge Ram TRX. I didnβt want to go to Cap-It because I had a bad experience with their Sales & Installation.
However, from the moment I walked through the door a Action Truck & RV shop here in Victoria, BC; I was treated like a valued customer. The entire staff were awesome. Both Dan & Rachelle were extremely helpful; patiently answered all my questions and were able to supply and install the cargo bed divider that I needed.
I was very impressed with the Action Truck & RV team and would highly recommend them to everyone who wants quality Truck & RV accessories.
