Every single time I bring my car here for service there is an issue. They are always running hours behind. Horrific customer service and an attitude with too bad so sad. The very first time I brought my car In for service they tried to up charge me for an oil filter on a car with 8k on it. Twice I have had to wait hours longer than promised. Today is no exception. I sit here waiting for a car that was supposed to be done at 1:30pm after being here for 4 hours already. No excuses just these things happen. Go to Nanaimo if you can. They are amazing compared to Victoria! Sad I moved down here and have to deal with them!!

Nice building, nice staff. But they are way too "process oriented." I just wanted a price for a handle and the installation costs. Simple. I provided them with my vehicle description, etc.. They have our vehicle on file. Well, first I am put through to parts for a price, then back to service where they have to send a request to someone else to get back to me for the installation costs. I asked how long it would be till someone would get back to me (ie./ a hour/day/week)? The response was so non committal and bland from the lady on the phone, "They'll get back to you as soon as they can." They have the enthusiasm of a turnip.

I buy/order parts from the Victoria Jim Pattison dealership on a weekly basis, never had any issues with them always good customer service and they're pretty quick based on how busy they are. only thing that will ever slow you down is if you don't know your vin, or if your vehicle has not been through their service. its a bit annoying if u do not have that info but it is in no way this dealerships fault as this is how every single Toyota dealership in North America runs they're parts lookup and I'm sure if they had the option of changing it they would. I see a lot of bad reviews for the parts department and especially service, i think its just a lot of impatient people who don't understand that Toyotas are extremely popular (for a reason) and the Victoria dealership serves all of the lower island ( next being Duncan). All in all a very well put together dealership, do not be fooled by bad reviews!

I took my Prius in today and experienced an impressive display of integrity from Reza Terani, my service advisor. I was told that my brakes would likely need to be replaced, quadrupling our bill. As a safety concern, I gave my consent to do so before I left. I was surprised when he called and said that they did not actually need to be done after all. Thank you!
