★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transmission work was fine but a part that was not broken when it went for a rebuild transmission came back broken and worse wanted over $500 to fix it.
They should have maned up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2008 VW beetle all of a sudden started sounding like a small explosion going off when we would put it into drive. Obviously this is worst case for a car we probably could barely sell for $4-5k. Our regular mechanic (Parkside Motors) highly recommended Bullfrog. Bullfrog called me back each step of the way before incurring any costs, was upfront, professional, ultimately found and fixed the wiring issue causing the thing to slam into gear, all within 3 hours. Not sure if you've ever seen a 2008 VW beetle wiring harness, but this is incredible. So amazed I asked them while they were at it to change the transmission fluid that was a bit overdue, and this came back 1/4 (yes 25%) the cost that VW quoted me for the same thing. Christmas came early this year. Awesome work.

I had a problem with my differential on my truck (which is absolutely imperative for me to make my living) and was told by other shops either they either couldn't fix it or had no idea how long until they could find the parts (including dealer). Bull Frog and Neil were amazing they got me in and new OEM parts and back up and running in no time. They did what other shops said couldn't be done and at a reasonable cost as well. Thank you Neil you guys are awesome. I highly recommend this shop.
