★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally came in to Westshore Transmission as a last resort to try and diagnose and fix a vibration at high speed in my truck. I had spent a lot of time and money prior to going there at other establishments. Not only did they take the time and some to diagnose and fix the problem (bent drive shaft) they also gave me a loner car while doing so. I want to give a big Thanks to Scott the manager and all his staff. I know they put in more time and effort to my vehicle then I was charger for.

Got my vehicle in for repair despite an obvious busy workload and tight schedule.
Thoroughly explaining and visually showing me the part potentially causing the problem. As well I inadvertently, met the owner not knowing at the time who she was. Found her to be very friendly which extended to all members of her staff passing me in the shop. Personally, I dealt with the front desk manager Kevin with all details and timing of my repair. This fellow knows how to treat his customers and get the job done. Thanks to all for your excellent service. I will be back for any future service.
