★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a Return-It Depot - it’s run privately. They only pay $0.05 per beer can, signs stating this policy aren’t visible until you’re at the till with your sorted recycling. Avoid if you want your full money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip off artists, paying people only half of what their return is worth. Yes its clearly signed all over the place, but people in this area dont have much other choices. Yes an account can be started to get paid full price but for the average return it would take about 2-3 years to make the bar thats been set so you can be paid. GFL needs to do whats right and correct this disgusting practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is fine. They charge 5c for beer cans unless you become a member. Lately I haven't been able to get money for my cans. The last 2 times I went the person responsible for signing cheques has been "away for the next 2 weeks".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just left this Return-It Depot and will not be returning to this location. The two CSRs working today were rude and unfriendly. Wow! When I was asked if I'd counted the returns and replied that I hadn't, I witnessed a very dramatic eye roll from the young woman to the young man (didn't even try to hide it). I told them I didn't realize I was supposed to because the one and only other time I'd been there I was told that it wasn't necessary. The male employee suggested I read the big sign. I did, and no where did it say you're required to count your returns. He then told me it was probably in the fine print. I mean, I have no problem counting them, but you don't have to be nasty about it. I then got told off for a couple of other "transgressions". Suffice it to say, they were incredibly impolite. Here's a suggestion: if you don't like your job, or you don't like dealing with the public, look for something else. There's lots of employment vacancies in this city. FYI, the one on Glanford is awesome in comparison :)
