I phoned around town for tire deals and Sarah at Midas offered the most competitive price. The work was done in a few hours and now I have new high quality all season radials to keep me safe on the road. Thanx so much to Midas for affordable prices and great service--God bless, Merry Christmas and a happy healthy New Year!

Super friendly and quick service! They squeezed me in last minute when I told them it was my only chance to get it done and got me the best price possible! I'd trust these guys unlike many other mechanics.

Went to this fabulous little mechanic shop on 1830 Island highway on February 16th. I walked in it was smiles and hellos from there fantastic staff my car had just broken down after being driven at the track. It was a same day appointment had my car on the hoist being looked at right way! Turns out I blew a drive shaft out! They helped find a new one and replace it for such little cost I really appreciate Sarah's team of workers in the shop she seems to have them all dialed in. She had noticed that my vehicle also had needed some work after they do there FREE courtesy checks! Sarah's team helped me get in and out in a timely fashion it was a fantastic day to go to a shop! Thank you Midas for helping me with my car you Guys are fantastic!

Very poor communication, and after waiting close to 2 weeks to get my vehicle back I cant help but feel taken advantage of. When I am given a quote I expect the cost to come in somewhere close to that number, or I would expect to be notified of any significant changes to that number. Midas failed to notify me of an extra $400 worth of parts and labor even though I had specifically asked for an update on my quote after some parts issues. I should have been notified and given the option to make my own choice on how to proceed, or at the very least been given a heads up. I should have listened to the recent reviews and took my car somewhere else sadly. Learn from my expensive mistake.

I have been dealing with this shop for years. They have never disappointed me with the service they provide. They have stood behind their work and when something has gone wrong (the one and only time) they replaced the part (an alternator not something minor) and didn't charge me a dime for either the part or the labour. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so.

These people got my vehicle up on the hoist right away after my brake line failed while I was picking up my husband from the hospital. They took great care of us and did a wonderful job on the Hummer. They even arranged for a car rental for us so I could get my husband home asap as he had just undergone a major surgery. These guys are the best and I highly recommend them!

Last February 16, I took my car (Toyota Matrix) to the 1830 Island Highway branch since the vehicle was losing power. I stated that I had put a code reader, and according to the tests done, P0303, P0505, P0755, I wanted a professional opinion on whether or not it was feasible to invest money in fixing it. In Midas, they recommended I pay $159.99 for a diagnosis, and when they contacted me, they suggested a settlement based on "professional diagnosis," and in total, I paid $1172.56. The same day I took the car out of the shop, the check engine light came on again; I let them know and returned the vehicle to the shop, then they told me it was a sensor and that they had already fixed it. I removed the car from the workshop again, and the check engine light came on again, and the vehicle began to lose power and, at times to rev. I decided to park the car and not drive it anymore, but my wife insisted that they should be responsible for the repair, so she called and spoke with the person in charge of attending, and they asked us to take the car to make a supposed and new diagnosis. They asked me to cover the cost of the oil change, to which I refused, then they sent me a voice message to tell me that the car had a transmission problem and that they couldn't do anything. It is intolerable to proceed from a place that charges for diagnosis and misleads its client so that he loses his money in the way I lost it. From the beginning, I went directly with them and said that I could not incur costly arrangements, so I was looking for a professional opinion. Horrible experience!

I made a 3pm appointment for an oil change. The website said it would take an hour at most. At 4 pm my car hadn't moved. I was told they were going to get on it right away. At 4:30 when they still hadn't started it I was told that they don't have appointments, only scheduled drop off times. That would have been good to know the day before when I thought I was making an appointment. This place is the best advertising possible for the Mr. Lube down the street. Update 3 weeks later: I filled in the form the bot asked me to so they could "turn this experience around." I still haven't been contacted by a human being and the store still has a sign up about appointments even though apparently, they don't have appointments. Why would I think I was making an appointment? I guess that was my fault.
