Chris was very understanding, polite, prompt, accommodating and very considerate when it came to the repairs of my vehicle. He also made sure that I was completely satisfied with the repair. I am extremely happy with the fix, looks better than it did when it was new, top marks! And my vehicle was returned to me spotlessly clean! Recommend without hesitation!

My wife and I were very pleased with the professional and quick turnaround on her SUV. As well as the fair and reasonable costs for the repair. The bumper was beautiful again nice and clean. As well to mention very friendly customer service by all staff levels. Highly recommend this business for your repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed with the quality of the collision repairs that they did on my 2017 Toyota Rav 4. The staff is very professional and friendly and I would use their services again. However, my car wasn’t ready until one week later than promised. This was apparently due to a parts delivery problem from the dealer(?). The parts were supposedly ordered at least three weeks before I brought the car in. The car is only 4 years old, made in Canada (Woodstock, ON), so I can’t quite understand why there should be a problem getting parts on time. Anyway, if I need to use their services again , I won’t bring my car in until they can show me that they have the parts on site. My car is fixed now and it looks great, so that’s why I’m giving them a five star rating .
