★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an awesome shop! Screw in my driver side rear tire - new summers - high performance car - right on the tires shoulder *dicey*. The guys here said "let's try to fix it - and if not - you'll still be left with a slow leak, but at least we tried". 2 weeks later - tire's performing perfectly well!! I went in without an appointment and expected for sure to have to wait - but they came out - assessed - and had my car finished in 30min - and $38 later. VERY nice people - techs - front desk - everyone - couldn't be happier - AWESOME outfit, super honest - definitely 5 stars!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had some natural disasters here in BC recently and my appointment was slated for later in the day. The staff managed to squeeze me in warly for new tires, balance and brake checks and got me on my way.
10/10 would recommend this location to others. Tires were on backorder but came in very timely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got into a car accident and was told by my insurance adjuster that I needed to replace the damaged tire myself and apply for reimbursement. Cole and Paul at Fountain Tire were a pleasure to work with and not only found me the exact same tire as my original, but also managed to order it in, have it delivered, and get it replaced within 24 hours of my initial call to them. Thanks guys!

Each time I have come into the shop, I have been treated with a professional approach, there is attention to detail and a willingness to solve issues or provide a service quickly. Even when I have not had an appointment and have stopped in with an issue, it was dealt with quickly. Courtesy and customer service are outstanding!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fountain Tire was the one and only place, out of the several tire shops I called to find winter tires, that didn't treat me as inconvenience. They were kind and helpful and did their best to find the tire size I needed. All other tire shops couldn't get me off the phone quickly enough and were no help whatsoever. I will return to Fountain Tire, without question, because of their professionalism and making me feel like an important customer rather than a piranha. Canadian Tire was THE worst for customer service.

It's lousy to hear the flapping of a flat tire on the way to drop off kids at school, especially when it's first thing Monday morning. It was a complete win to be able to take the tire to Fountain Tire where we bought them along with the free flat repair warranty. They fixed it and put it back on for zero dollars. Big shout out to the Langford Fountain Tire for being the bright light on a potentially dark day. Thank you.
