I love my experience at Glamour Medi Laser Spa and I am so happy with the laser hair removal results. I recommend her to every one because she is the best! She is professional, knowledgeable and a joy to be around. I look forward to my appointments with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed for by the service I have received. I paid upfront for 6 laser sessions over a year ago and I've only been able to get in for one service. Ive been calling for months to try to book an appointment and I haven't even heard anything back. I emailed requesting a refund since I clearly won't be receiving my treatments and they wouldn't give me one. At this point I don't even want the treatments I just want at least a reply and some kind of refund.

Unfortunately a appointment reminder voicemail was left ’reminding’ of a policy that was not stated on either Groupon nor the website, nor was mentioned when I booked my original appointment. The woman on the phone was very judgemental in regards to this. I sent an email requesting a refund explaining the situation and got the most unprofessional and rude email response. I would not recommend. Thankfully Groupon refunded me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a groupon and I called to book an appointment and the women on the phone was the rudest most judgmental person I have ever spoke to. I don't know if this place is owned and ran just by one person, but whoever runs there phone needs to learn some customer service. I automatically got a refund on my groupon. I will never use this company. Such a bad taste left in my mouth after that conversation. Buyer beware don't buy the groupon for this spa! If I could leave 0 stars I would.
