★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with Proline in the past and I recently had to deal with Proline and Raymond Normandeau again. No wonder the experience was terrible. The Proline website says that Raymond "brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and sales/customer service management". I sympathize with all those people who have had occasion to deal with Raymond for 20 years because he doesn't know what the customer service is. We were moving from one unit to another and Proline removed our names from the building buzz system more than one week earlier without any explanation. We didn't even know that. We missed several packages then because delivery guys couldn't call us and we then had to chase them to pick up parcels ourselves. We emailed Raymond and asked for explanation. He didn't even apologize and we haven't received an adequate answer yet even though it's been 9 days ago. Moreover, our names haven't been entered back into the system as per request sent on August 01. We are still missing packages and cannot use intercom and Proline simply doesn't care. Probably, when you have over 20 years of experience, you can give a damn about anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proline manages our building in Colwood. They are not quick to reply to emails. We have lived in the building for 5 years and the suite doors are always having issues. The door scraping along the metal threshold, and locks not lining up. We have had Armour Locks at our unit 4 times. I emailed Proline again last week about out door, but bcc’d Armour Locks so he was aware we were still having issues with the suite door. . I will have not received a reply from Proline. It is my understanding that when the building was built in 2008, there is only drywall behind the door frame making it impossible fo Randy size screw to shore up the door cannot work. there is nothing for the screw to grab on to. Our unit is no that unit with the same problem, but Proline will not investigate the issue, but just continue to send locksmith to try to repair.
We have had 4 different property managers in 5 years. I don;t even know who the property manager is as of today, I sent the email regarding the door to the general office email and no reply yet. Very bad with replying to emails. Would not recommend Proline for strata manement
