★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the ask if they could put a new oil filter in for me as I didn't have the right tools at home. I was expecting to pay the cost of an oil change but they didn't charge me a dime. Incredibly friendly and kind and they topped up my oil for free as well!! Highly recommended going, great service and lovely staff!!!!!

I brought my 2020 kona into this business and had the pleasure of Ryan assisting me. Ryan is personable, honest, kind, and has a great sense of humor. He explained everything to me perfectly and let me make the choice for which oil change was best for my vehicle, He was patient and made me feel at ease and the rest of the staff made me laugh in between. I highly recommend going to great canadian oil change in langford for anyone's oil change and air filter change needs. Ryan took his time and did the job correctly and answered all of my questions. His experience and honesty made my service very enjoyable. 10 out of 10 for Ryan and the rest of the friendly staff at Great Canadian Oil Change in Langford,BC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They checked everything, let me know the status of anything they checked, they were efficient, polite, no pressure to upsell, checked my lights, battery, etc. I was pleased, and I was in and out quickly and fully serviced. I am changing to this location for all my oil changes and anything else they offer. Kai was excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought my oil change might need changing as it was due in another 4k km or another month according to the sticker. It turned out the oil was fine. I have always gone with the full synthetic so the oil was still good. Josh was outstanding for his knowledge and customer service. He topped up the oil and coolant and had a look for a leak in my cooling system since my coolant warning was on. I appreciate this is an oil change shop and not a full service auto repair shop so I will need to go to my mechanic to look at my cooling system. Overall, great service as always! Special recognition to Josh for the great service. I will definitely be back for my next oil change.
