★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for an BC inspection appointment at a time they wanted/ said worked best. Knew I was a waiter, and the car sat there for over half an hour before it moved. Was spoke to like I knew nothing about cars, little did they know I’m a licensed mechanic. Just absolute non-sense the service advisor spewed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love these guys. A few occasions I feared a hefty bill as I'm mechanically inept. Turned out simple fix so very cheap. Once didn't even charge me as it unexpectedly turned out to be super simple.
Could have robbed me blind but instead it was, and always is fair, often a bargain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to my car for a problem, after almost 2 hours, everything was fine, I paid and I went home after not even after two days the car had the same problem. I come back and you are told to go and take the car to the dealer! nice advice !! It was better to say that we are unable to repair your car take the car to the dealer BUT all this BEFORE you charge me for an unsolved problem ... I paid for what !! money given away, this is neither correct nor professional .... not recommended! thanks to never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my car in a couple months ago to get a cross-province inspection. The car didn't pass and the mechanics at Gorge Vale gave me a quote for $2600. My car is in pretty good shape as I brought it in to the dealership before I moved to vic. I then took it in to another mechanic and passed the inspection. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorge Vale Auto is an incredible business. I am not car savvy - it has 4 wheels and goes vroom vroom. I took my car to Gorge Vale and David took the time to explain everything that needed to be repaired, outlined what was the most important, and allowed me to decide how I was going to proceed. He never made me feel dumb that I should have changed my oil 2000km ago, nor did he laugh at me when I told him I just turned up the music to drown out the clunking. The entire process was relaxed, transparent and professional. And they cleaned my car to boot!! I recommend this business to anyone and everyone. I cannot say enough positive things about Gorge Vale Auto and the employees. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know nothing about vehicles (other than I have a blue one). All I know is when it is not working I rely on someone to fix it. This used to be very scary for me. Is someone taking advantage on the fact I know nothing about vehicles? Do I REALLY need this? Thank goodness I found David and his crew. From taking the time to explain everything needed, telling me what's a must and what we need to look out for in the future. There are no surprises.
I have never dealt with such great service. So professional. Thank you for going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed.
