I understand that rust sometimes returns so that is why I am posting this review well after the work was finished to prove to y'all how illustrious the craftsmanship done by Daniel really was. It is so operose for me to justly portray Garden City auto body -the only such establishiment in Victoria to hold in high estimation.

Not only did they do an amazing job on my Eurovan camper, above expectation, but John went out of his way to help me solve a starting issue. He took the time to call a bunch of shops to get me sorted for an upcoming weekend. John really cares about his customers. Amazing customer service! Very professional high quality work. I will only go here in future. The best in town.

John was so helpful upon the first call advising me on steps to send the estimate, what typically happens and called me back within a couple of hours to advise of estimated turnaround dates which happened very quickly. He connected directly with my insurance company even with it being in a different province which was helpful to streamline the process when additional damage was discovered for approvals. He was so friendly during the entire pocess and constantly communicated all updates with me. The bonus of this location is that there is on site parking unlike other collision centers! Thank you to the team at Garden City Collision for the fast turn around and great service!

They were great about letting me stop by and see the progress when I could and they even took pics and sent them to me when I could not. Despite having a lot of questions they always took the time to answer each one and walk me through what would and would not work out.
