They did a good job and were friendly but the switchboard handling the calls completely wasted a entire day of my time by telling me they were coming out at a certain day and time and no one showed up. In the end they should have offered me some sort of discount for the waste of an entire day waiting for nothing.

I had an appointment and a week before the appointment they called and left a message that indicated that they needed a credit card before they would come out. I called back to give them the credit card and confirm the the appointment and they indicated that they cancelled it. I literally called back an hour after they left the message and a week before the appointment. Worst part was the lady on the line was rude and didn't seem to care that I was going to take my business elsewhere.....there are lots of options for this kind of service in Victoria and I would use anyone except Roto-Rooter. Hey Roto-Rooter. You said someone was going to call about this. Still no call. Wondering when that will happen.

They weren't able to make the appointment, didn't have the courtesy to call me to let me know, and left me waiting for an hour before I finally called them to find out they couldn't make it. They wouldn't reply to my emails afterwards - very disappointing waste of my time and money.

And we were very well looked after. Thanks Roto Rooter and City of Victoria Maintenance department!!

I was pretty amazed at how hard he worked in a drizzle of rain and non-stop digging for 4 hours, maybe even longer while maintaining a cheerful attitude. Ken then fit me into a very long busy day to unclog my drainage system. I know they were short staffed during this crazy time but Ken went the extra mile to help me out.

The appointment is at 10am but the technician came around 10:30am, He looked around and tried a few things but concluded that he could not do the job and therefore I got zero help from him. He left at about 11:30am. The company sent me a bill of over $316, charging 1.5 hours labour. I phoned the company and talked to the owner and the owner told me he would phone me back after talking to his technician. However, he never got back to me. The company charged the full amount to my master card without my permission. I will never use this company again and I highly recommend not to do business with this company. Also, do not give your credit card number to this company!
