★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were really impressed with how quickly Drain Pro was able to respond to our problem with sluggish drainage. The serviceman was very professional, well-mannered and helpful. After running a camera and auger in our outflow pipes he suggested some possible solutions and we requested an estimate to improve the flow of storm water. The drainage is still slow but we think that the proposed repairs will work. Unfortunately, we did not receive an estimate but it was probably because it has been such an exceptionally busy year for all of the drain companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Drain Pro after not hearing back from 2 other companies. I went to the phone book and saw the large ad for Drain Pro. When I called they set the next day for an appointment. The technician came on time, was very personable and efficient, and performed the services that we needed in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely call Drain Pro for our future plumbing needs. I was very pleased!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drain Pro quickly responded to my call to replace my hot water tank. The tank was very old and in bad condition. The team replaced the difficult tank which was full of sediment. It was too heavy for them to remove from site but they quickly arranged to remove the tank days later. Happy with the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really came through to fix our stopped kitchen drain when others said they could not come for a week. Amazing service and they managed to clear the clog in short order after I spent 2 days with a powered snake to no avail. Reasonable pricing too. THANKS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t get the name of our plumber but oh my gosh he was fantastic! He arrived at 11am even though we had a 3-hour service window, which impressed me so much. He explained everything he was doing and showed me how to take off my p-trap in case I drop anything down the drain again. AND when I mentioned I would be picking up a drain screen, he got me two out of the truck! He was super friendly, and quick. Everything was done, cleaned up, and put away in 35 minutes, my ring retrieved, and life back to normal. I work at Westshore Town Centre mall in the property management office and I often have retail tenants asking for recommendations for trade workers and I will be MORE than happy to recommend Drain Pro to anyone. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plumber was fantastic and DrainPro getting me a slot the next day after calling is also fantastic, but charging $150/hr plus a $40 dispatch fee is kind of insane. Dispatch should be included in that $150/hr fee (which is minimum 1.5hrs). I was also not made aware of the price of the replacement valve that was being put on the toilet to make it flush better, which was not something originally discussed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The plumber they sent was great but they tacked on an extra $90 for "supplies" and dispatch, IN ADDITION to the actual parts... which they listed as boot covers, and masks. They didn't use boot covers and it's ridiculous to charge $45 for masks.
They also didn't make me aware of these charges before and when I asked them about the charges, they just ignored me. Although I'm happy with the plumber, I would not recommend them or use them again, as it's obvious they are just padding on these charges.
