★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like sours (which I do!) île sauvage is a brewery you won’t want to miss. I loved the raspberry sour, and the abricot was a close second. The Rye-pa was great too. The branding is also excellent, hope to see their beer in some of our local liquor stores soon, otherwise we will definitely be back next time to grab some cans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sour and wild beers of many styles and flavors. Not a single one disappointed and a few were some of the best we've had in a long time. We'll be back to enjoy the beer and great brewery space anytime we're in town. Thanks for the hidden gem in Victoria!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This brewery makes great fruit based beers. We like some you need to like the sour side of things. The IPA and pale ale was good as well. Friendly staff and nice place to grab a few beers on a Friday evening. If you are approaching from Gorges road and turning to Bridge road your GPS will get you to turn right again at the next road but you shouldn't because the entrance is on Bridge Rd itself. My friend and I both made this mistake.
