★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received excellent service from the manager Filip, client service representative Trish and the rest of the staff. My car had a scuff on it's door, I thought it was a full paint scratch. Trish introduced me to Filip and he got to work right away sorting out the best repair options for me and diagnosing my door scuff. Filip instructed the detailing staff to fix my scuff and they were done in less than 1 hour. Great service, highly recommend Craftsman Collision's Bridge street location in Victoria for prompt and professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy with my experience here. Took my vehicle in to fix a dent on my drivers side. When I got the vehicle back, my driver door no longer locked from any other way other than by manually turning the key (keyless entry no longer worked, neither did the button on door). Craftsman refused to admit fault, said there was no way they caused the damage despite the fact that it was the door they had to remove, and the that it worked perfectly fine when I took it in. Now I have to get the dealership to run a diagnostic at my own expense to tell me what I already know: craftsman caused the damage. Now my vehicle is worse off than it was when I took it in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent experience with Phil! My van had a minor bumper scuff and Phil worked with me to find the right repair option. It was a pretty minor scuff, so he offered to spot paint it for much much cheaper than taking the bumper off for spraying (which is what other shops were quoting me). Work was done within the hour. Super friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Craftsman Collision to get a quote for some damage on my car. I found them very friendly and eager to help, but unfortunately instead of a written estimate as asked, I got a rough ballpark number that I already knew and a lesson I didn't ask for on how to sell my car. Honestly really offended and feeling like I wasn't heard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Craftsman painted by car after some vandalism and they did an excellent job. My car is almost twenty years old and the paint matches very well. Not only that but they cleaned the car inside and out. I highly recommend craftsman collision to anyone with auto body needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 10 day repair to my car took much longer than that and they didn't even properly fix the main reason for my visit which was to replace the glass in the passenger side mirror! Despite being assured I would be kept up date of the repair progress no one called me and every time I called I was put on hold for an extensive amount of time. When I went to collect my car I noticed a circular chunk of paint was missing on the side of the front bumper and there were dark swirl marks surrounding it (looked like a buffing machine had done the damage. Patrice denied it was their doing but we had taken pictures of the accident and the bumper was painted in this area. When I asked to see their pictures they claimed they no longer had them as the file had gone to ICBC. Now the car was back in the shop for a few more days! Once this was repaired I was told I could take my car home. I got in the car to adjust the repaired side mirror and the mechanism that controls the movement of the mirror did not work! Why wasn't this tested before releasing the car to me? So, I had to drive home without the use of my side mirror and return yet another time to get that issue resolved. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to the Bridge street location.
