★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Find Nate. He is a really trustworthy person who is kind and, above all, honest.
My husband's car broke down, so we hurried to an auto repair shop near our house.
There, he said the repair cost of my husband's car was 2,000 dollars. "Charged Auto Repair" was recommended by an acquaintance, and in the end we got our car repaired here, for only $800.
I am a foreigner and as long as I live on this island I will only use this auto repair shop.
My car was also fixed here.

I had a check engine light which resulted in a false alarm.
Other businesses wanted up to $200 for the same service but Charged Auto Repair did it for free.
If I ever need repairs I will go back, because I trust that they will not nickel and dime me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big o tire guy recommended this shop since they are not be able to do inspection today. The inspection cost around 120$ which is fair. I got the car fixed in home before sending it to the shop(05civic, but should be all fine). They are honest and didn’t try to upsell anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super trustworthy folks. They fit me in for an urgent matter on short notice when every other mechanic was fully booked. They went out of their way to diagnose an issue and didn't charge for the inspection despite my insistence. Super honest, didn't try to upsell anything and walked me through the available options and how I could save money despite them making less of a profit. I will definitely return here in the future!

They took the time to answer my inexperienced questions and went above and beyond in every sense of the word. No upsells, fair price and excellent expertise. I know where I'll be going for any issues I have with my vehicle for as long as they're in business here!

Recently I brought in my van for new brakes, but when we got it back the van didn’t feel right. Nate went over and above to ensure we were satisfied and brought in our van right away to see what the issue was and to make it right. We’ll happily continue to use Charged Auto and recommend them to anyone.
