Highly recommend this company for those of you who are not wanting to handle your rental on your own.

Dealing with Kahl Realty has been a great experience. Right from the front desk to the delivery. Yolanda, Tita and Jason have all shown their true character when having to deal with unusual problems that life posses.
This company proved to me that they are willing to go above and beyond no mater what the issue. Thanks Jason for hiring such personable staff.
Jason is a leader who will get his hands dirty...A true leader!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be the Micky Mouse of any so called property management outfit. They have limited communication skills inhouse and client related. The story changes and promises are never kept. They do NOT have in-house cleaning staff and scramble to find one....who walk off the job .

When we enlisted her help in selling our home she got on it immediately. Photos and a video including twilight photos! Excellent work! Our home sold very quickly and we were happy with the outcome ?
