They decided they would charge our notaries $150 to "rush" the strata paperwork to the new owners of our home. Basically, we paid $150 for them to do their own job, that we are paying them monthly for anyway. Several of my neighbours also had stories to tell about this company, including one of the NEW people who we very upset about the lack of response back from them and the time it took them to give them the strata documents. Not pleased and I would not deal with them again if you paid me to.

When something needs fixed on site they are quick to respond and have always had great success. Although, it seems that the people responsible for communicating with Strata and other responsible parts of the building lack care or interest. I can speak for others having the same issues unfortunately. I had called with a problem that is very easy and quick to resolve but the manager said they were having a bad day and did not want to deal with our problem. This lack of unprofessional and communication does not give any merit to this company. As we are currently using them as our provider I have no choice but to stand idle. Possibly this warning can inform others or change the current business's practices.
K	Kelsey Marshall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star only because I need to give a rating to post a review. Avoid this "Management Company" at all costs. Our internet has been down for nearly two months and Telus needs access to the electrical room to fix the issue. They have refused to come to the building to grant a tech access to their equipment (which legally they need to allow access 24 hours a day) I need to work from home, pay bills and live my life. They are denying us our right to internet access and they believe it should be our responsibility to take time off work to pick up a key between 9-5, schedule a tech which is usually a long wait on hold, pay for a tech (which we have twice already) and drop the key back off. I'm not even going to mention the many other issues we've had with the building management. I'm not sure how this company is still in business but I can guarantee if they keep up this god awful costumer service they wont be for much longer.

I've lived in my building for over 5 years and nothing has ever been done in a timely or professional matter. They've taken almost a week to fix my door that wont open. It is a safety matter and being ignored by the company day after day is completely unprofessional. I feel bad for anyone moving into a building that is managed by them.

While I was out with a friend one night, there was a fire in the suite below mine. They NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME. I have pets, which were home at the time of the fire. I was told by random people on the street about the fire after I returned home and my neighbours informed me that they had let me pets roam freely throughout the building. I highly recommend avoiding this company!

Be very careful of what they bill you as this company is very sketchy. Please be careful of Wendy Albers. I hope you don't have to deal with them like I had to
