The Kickboxing classes are high energy and really fun; the staff is friendly but pushes you towards your goals at the same time. I highly recommend the Skillz programs if you are looking for a really fun way to loose weight and get fit.

I started here after purchasing a Groupon, two classes in I was hooked and signed up for a full membership. I was looking to shake up my workout routine, and I haven’t been disappointed. The instructors and members all all friendly and supportive, people here are of all fitness levels and abilities. In seven months I’ve seen my endurance continue to increase, I’m stronger, more flexible, better coordinated and my clothes fitting better isn’t so bad either :). If you’re looking for a great workout in a supportive environment you need to try Sillz Langford; seven months in I’ve never been bored, haven’t plateaued, and am continually impressed at what I’m able to achieve in class.
a	amanda madronic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just completed the Kickboxing Langford 6 Week Challenge. With hard work, dedication and a lot of will power, I lost 28 lbs and in 6 weeks. I feel absolutely amazing!!! The workouts are a lot of fun and don’t get easy. I love that every single class, Jesse and Gabe push you to work your hardest. No mater what fitness level you are at the workouts are for everyone. I just wish the fees were not so expensive to continue on.

Jesse and Kitty are truly awesome instructors and create a great atmosphere in the classes. The 6 week challenge was difficult at first but it ended up being a great experience. I am excited to continue having a fun time working out at the gym!

Beating up a bag for an hour seems to be a great stress reliever! Jesse and the staff were supportive and a pleasure to work with.

I beat the challenge at week 4 but I am still continuing right to the end and beyond because I enjoy it so much! The classes are great and I have made much further strides in 6 weeks than I have doing other types of fitness for a lot longer. If you want to sweat, get stronger, healthier and thinner then this is the place for you! I've met some really nice people that go there and it has a community feel. Thanks!!!

The workouts will empower you!! It is one of the best workouts you will experience . I love all the changes that I now see both physically and mentally. The community of people you will encounter are great and supportive. Jesse and Kitty are fantastic trainers and are sincere in wanting you to succeed on your path to wellness. Yes there is a cost to the programs and memberships offered but if you put the work in the results will be priceless.
