He worked extremely hard to find us great houses to look at and always had a common sense approach and a positive attitude! He definitely worked harder than any realtor I have seen before and I am very pleased. I will definitely use Jeff in the future.
Edit; I should mention we only looked for 2 weeks, closed within a month and he provided us all the information on file with the city and province on the house. We didn't realize how much behind the scenes work Jeff actually did until we talked with other people in the Victoria area. Thanks again Jeff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moving from another city we relied on the expertise of the real estate professionals at DFH to take care of us and steer us in the right direction with regard to neighbourhoods that are safe and family friendly within Saanich. As buyers, the decision ultimately came down to us but with the intel available and our limited knowledge of Saanich, we leaned hard on our realtors to steer us in the right direction. Anyone making 35k to 50k off a transaction has a responsibility to ensure their clients feel happy and safe and like they have invested wisely. This did not happen with DFH. We won't use them again as sellers or buyers.
