★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too quick to make a sale not caring about it being a good fit. Made promises and never came through. Lied about there being a new hot water tank. Paid $ to replace hot water tank and have plumbing work done in both bathrooms within a month of moving in. Also had electrical problems. I was also told this is a smoking in your unit building. I am on PWD have medical problems. I have been fined by the Strata president who lives upstairs at 402-3363 Glasgow Avenue ( he is a jerk, his wife left him 4 years ago). I have asked that he come downstairs and let me know of any problems but not he is a jerk and prefers to send fines he can take his fine and stick it where the sun don't shine

Ryan had the contacts, market information, and was prepared with detailed analysis and insight. However, on our purchase it was his shrewd, calculated negotiation tactics that enabled us to successfully purchase an amazing property in a red hot, over heated housing market. On our first few days working with Ryan we made meaningful connections on several potential purchasing options that other realtors we worked with said were not possible. Ryan was responsive, timely, quick to act and react in our best interests. I would highly recommend him to be your real-estate champion!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ April was great to work with. She always contacted me with a change or addition to our viewing. She was so quick to get back to me when I had questions or concerns. She always made time for us, either with the showings, viewing the house multiple times (which was 1-1/2 hrs away), being here when we got possession and then left us with a lovely gift box. We would highly recommend April. She loves her job and it shows. It feels like she has your back and will put you first. Would use her again. (Hopefully not for a while though).

This past summer she managed to sell my nieces condo for a big profit. They then were looking for their dream house. They found out in less than a week. This is professionalism at its finest. My niece and her fiancé bought there first house in Victoria. To find a good house at a reasonable price in Victoria Is definitely a great accomplishment in this market today. When I am ready to sell my house I will ask Monika to list it.
