★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've spent many years fighting chronic pain and compensation injuries. I love athletic therapy from The Athlete Centre. I find it's a great mix of exercise, hands on manipulation, and body awareness. I highly recommend an athletic therapy 12 pack to get your injuries under control or to take your sport of choice to the next level. This program is beauty! Something for everyone! You won't regret the investment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only positive things to say about the Athlete Centre. The owners and the support staff are all great. I’ve been seeing Julia there since they opened. She is an amazing therapist, and she’s helped me with a wide range of issues. I’ve also been seeing the chiropractor, Kavan, since January 2021. He is a wonderful addition to an already amazing team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to the Athlete Centre for ongoing treatment. The staff are always friendly and welcoming upon arrival. I have seen Julia for both Massage and Athletic Therapy. She is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She worked with me to help alleviate the pain and is working with me to strengthen the areas which contribute to cause of my back issues. I would recommend going to the Athletic Centre if you are looking for relief or looking for long term solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to The Athlete Center was a one-on-one session to help me recover from a concussion that was impacting my daily wellness and ability to perform in my career. The information and rehab exercises I received were invaluable to my recovery. It's been a few years since then and I do the online fitness now and absolutely love it! The instructors are very supportive and they really care about keeping the workouts interesting, engaging and progressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience with Holly at the Athlete Centre. First of all, she was very respectful and professional. I came in with a breathing issue related to my ribs and she did such a good job that later that day I felt completely better. I’ve also had Holly for other issues ( neck pain, shoulder ) and she was extremely helpful then as well. I would highly recommend Holly the massage therapist or anyone else at the centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at the Athlete Centre are extremely professional, genuine, and kind. I saw Alex for physiotherapy and the Performance Plus program. Alex was dedicated to helping me return to weightlifting and playing sports with the long-term vision of keeping me healthy and living pain free. I was extremely impressed with his approach to ensuring I could not only return to performing, but also improve.
I also saw Josh for massage work on my shoulders. Josh also had the similar approach of finding long-term solutions to my injuries and ensuring I could return to sport as soon as possible.
10/10 recommend the Athlete Centre for improving health and wellness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In just a few sessions with Michelle I've learned an absolute ton about specific stretches to improve some flexibility issues.
There are a bunch of highlights but the biggest one is a few simple shoulder stretches that quickly relieved a decade of shoulder issues and are really helping my swimming.
As an older athlete I'm blown away by how little I knew about what matters for flexibility.

Having been a big fan of visiting the Chiropractor for the last 25 years, I can confidently say Dr. Kavan went way above and beyond any other. Thorough well thought out explanations, followed by physical examples and video homework … this was definitely a cut above. Easily got my monies worth with him. Highly recommend!!
Can’t wait to get back for the next round.
