★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother only stayed for 3 months and moved to another facility. She found the food not to be as advertised (poor quality and not very tasty). The staff was very gossipy and did not address her needs. I would recommend if your moving in a loved one to do your homework. She also did not receive her full refund as promised. Apparently this is quiet common there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a place for the elderly. It lacks the feeling of home. The common areas are stark & cold with stylish yet uncomfortable white pleather chairs. The tiled floors, white walls and modern chrome lighting are more suited for a hotel. There is no warmth. The 'Jazz Bistro' is furnished with tall bar stools, which someone in the 80's would have a hard time with. This place just misses the mark. It's as cold as winter and not a place for mom.
