Literally have never had better customer service, from start to finish it was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrific service from everyone I encountered at my appointment. From the staff at the front desk, who were great to deal with, right through to Dr Ford who was happy to answer any of my questions, everyone made me feel very welcome. The office itself is bright and modern, and has a wide variety of eyewear on display. Very nice to have an optometric clinic of such high caliber, conveniently located on the Westshore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! super friendly staff! I needed to see an eye doctor after getting a chemical in my eye and having continued red eyes. Cowichan eyecare got me in very quickly after a thorough examination they found that there was no long term damage, they got me some prescription eyedrops that quickly resolved my symptoms. Thank you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely recommend this business. Modern eye exam equipment, nice clean space, friendly professional people all around. Reasonably priced. I am happy to have found them and I will be using them for my eyecare from now on. Thanks!
Oh and they spotted something that my last few exams missed regarding my choice in contact lenses and I now see much better ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jon Lewis is an AMAZING guy. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Took care of a problem I had and actually made it enjoyable. No one in my 64 years of age has even come close to that. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Also Shannon as well took great care of us , friendly and efficient. I will suggest Resonance Hearing to all my family and friends. Thanks so much!
