★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and made an appointment with this optometrist do get a EVF done for ICBC. I specifically asked if this is something they do because not every optometrist does it, they said yes. I show up to the appointment and give the form the the optometrist and he said hes never seen one of these before! I explained that when I called the receptionist said you do this kind of exam. The optometrist said he would to it but absolutely messed it up. Only filled out 4 of 11 questions and didn't answer when ICBC called to ask about the claim form. Overall horrible experience, I would not recommend this doctor.
