★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accused me of stealing about 5 minutes ago during a routine visit after work. Opened my bag to reveal (surprise surprise) absolutely zero stolen products. Zero reason to accuse me of such a thing especially as I'm here very regularly. Don't go here if you don't like being disrespected to your face without any reason. Never had an issue here before but then their incompetent security team just had to wreck what could have been another positive experience, and I am offended beyond belief at such a flagrant lack of professionalism or any kind of dignity whatsoever...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A terrible and quite shocking customer service experience today. I came there around 3:30 pm (March 23rd) to buy some wine. Coming to the till, a sales associate (unfortunately I didn't bother to find out his name, middle aged, dark haired) asked my ID. I recently renewed my driving license, and had a temporary paper copy without the picture. He said l need to show a document with a picture of me, but l didn't have any other cards in my wallet except credit cards. He said he couldn't sell me wine because they have to ask a document with my picture on it. The requirements are they have to ask everybody who look younger than 30. Well, I totally understand that, but there should be some common sense as well. I'm 40 years old, and even if I look younger than 30, there is no way i can look younger than 19. It was quite humiliating leaving the store without being served as if l was a teenager who tried to get booze illegally. Next time if such problem arises i I will go to the manager of the store.
