★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried a lot of salons in Victoria, this is by far the worst place I've ever visited. I had a horrendous yet laughable experience. Went in for a wash and style. I asked the stylist to style my hair whatever way she was comfortable with, blow dryer or iron, I just wanted waves in it. I was on the chair for an hour and a half and she wasn't even able to brush my hair, I asked her for a second brush so I could help her...and I started doing my own hair alonf with her. Then she couldn't dry my hair. She held up a blow dryer and just moved it aimlessly around my head which just tangled my hair more and made "us" have to brush it again. After the hour and a half point with no progress I had to speak up. I asked if she wasn't comfortable with my hair type if someone else could do my hair. She gave me soo much attitude, I then asked to speak to a manager. Manager came out 15 minutes later and told me too bad we cant do your hair, you can walk out the door. No apology, no understanding, zero customer service skills. Other clients near me felt embarrassed and apologized as I walked out of the salon looking like I got electrocuted. Highly unprofessional and untalented. Wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lauren did an amazing job lightening up my blonde! She knew exactly what I wanted and accomplished it perfectly. She was extremely friendly and easy to talk to as well. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY!! The staff are inexperienced and lie about their expertise. I was initially told what I wanted couldn’t be done without losing 5 inches of my hair… I then ended up with a dye job worse than a box dye. I went elsewhere and got everything corrected without more than a trim. And when you ask to speak to a manager multiple times almost a week can go by without a word. If you’re going to chatters just go to Shoppers and buy a box it’ll save you $250+ dollars and look better!

I got my hair dyed blue and green with her but the blue didn’t show on my hair, so I called in and she was able to have me come in again super fast to get it fixed with no charge and it turned out wonderful and she’s really friendly. Thank you for the wonderful hair!
