Wouldn't it be a good idea if kids could learn that is real money!! Yes take there change to the bank, put it in a machine and voila you have made $40 dollars for your hard work. An incentive for kids seeing money on paper. I am mentioning that as have a lot of change I have collected over the years. Do you want to money or does some other bank?
A	Angel Champagne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this branch if you can avoid it. I removed my accounts from this branch years ago as I was mislead by a loan manager at a difficult time in my life. So now a few years later I go into the branch because it handier then the other branch (same bank) to get some foreign currency. Well if the teller does not change my credit card without my knowledge or permission. Manager said it was an error but I wasn't even in there about my credit card. There was no need for the teller to touch anything other then the account that the foreign currency was being taken out of. A month later I am still trying to get it corrected. I have found this branch to be very unprofessional. Avoid like the plague.

R	Regina Akhankina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun stuff being an immigrant. I need to do some legal stuff at the Russian embassy. Now, dealing with Russian bureaucracy is punishment itself. As payment for their services, they accept only money orders. The cool story now: at Lanford RBC branch the staff refused to give them for us because of "sanctions". I am truly shocked. It's my own money which I earned by working so hard. I came to this country and never asked for freebies or support. I worked and worked a lot. And they decide if I can use my money or not. Just for the context, it's not like I'm wiring millions to the regime, I'm paying 42$ in legal fees. Funny this policy wasn't mentioned when I joined RBC in 2015 and was their client since then. This is ridiculous. RBC punishes people who moved to Canada, who already chose a different country. I would like clarification on this, please.
S	Super Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service experienced, the guy that helped me hold my loan application so that he could enjoy his vacation, waited for more than a week for him to come back instead of passing to another agent, very inconvenient and unprofessional way of serving their customers. Then, when he came back just gave me disappointing news."thanks for nothing" Your not financially helping your customers your making there life worse! Not recommending this bank, dont make an account here if you want to be disappointed.
