I especially love the variety of educational/pairing classes that they offer. Recently participated in the wine and chocolate pairing class and was so impressed with how much I learned and as expected, I thoroughly enjoyed the wine and chocolate!

Canada and the rest of the world are trying to dissuade Russian aggression against a sovereign, democratic state through sanctions. BLCC has pulled all Russian products from their shelves in support of this effort…. Tudor House should consider if they should be demonstrating the same solidarity. I have spent a small fortune in their store but, I will not be back until they demonstrate that principle over profit sometimes matters. I will share this email with a rather large circle of friends and colleagues with a request that they consider where else they might choose to purchase liquor.

On April 19, at 4:30 we bought 8 cans of imported ale and a bottle of whisky. In concluding the sale, I checked if my wife had given her number to get the points ( I had been getting an empty box). The clerk just said, “It’s too late for that.” The store was empty, and he didn’t ask if we had a loyalty account at the start of the transaction. We just left slightly irritated. It would have been easy for him to ask first, and since we mentioned it, he could have refunded the sale and made it again with the (admittedly tiny money value) points. The store was empty, and he had sufficient time to do that. It’s a small point, but the kind of thing that turns loyal customers into people who go elsewhere.
