L	Laura E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $750 dollars wasted, 2 years later and half of what I read on my screens is italicized because the prescription is just wrong. This is a very nice eyeglass clinic, however the optometrist is terrible. She made me return 4x to check my prescription claiming my eyes were too irritated to get a reading and put me on aggressive eye medication regime for weeks. After all that medication, this has been the worst prescription I have ever received. She claimed my prescription along the outer edges of my vision should be higher as my lens has a different shape. The result, the outer edges are wayyyyy too strong. I have been wearing glasses since I was 10 years old (for 20 years) and no optometrist has EVER told me of this issue. When I complained, they disregarded me and told me my eyes would adjust over time. I've had to wait for my insurance to renew to think about getting the right prescription. I haven't gotten new contact lenses for years out of fear of this optometrist.

We received extraordinary hospitality in our every visit. we are happy that we chose this eye care center for my daughter. Staff are very friendly and funny with kids. I highly recommend this center for eye care.

A	Anthony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite slightly higher costs for an eye exam, Dr LeRoy and her staff were brilliant. Dr LeRoy was extremely easy to talk to, very approachable, and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my first experience at this Eyecare Centre and will definitely be returning.

I waited ages to pay and they were unable to print me a receipt. I was told they would email it to me. 3 months later there’s still no sign of it and my messages go unanswered. For this reason I’m reconsidering visiting this clinic again

Noelle was wonderful and explained each step as she took retinal photos. Dr. Dennis is the best optometrist I have ever seen (I've been wearing glasses since I was 8...now 45). She is knowledgeable, highly competent and just generally terrific. I feel confident that she will be able to answer any questions I have and make suggestions that are practical and which take into account my current needs. Very impressed! Thanks again Family Eyecare!
