N	Nick Appleby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miles was incredibly helpful and personable. They took the usually banal experience of the pre exam and made it actually enjoyable. They also have an extraordinary sense of how frames will fit and clearly wants to help people find the right pair with zero qualms about taking the time to do it. Dr. Trottier clearly knows what he is doing and, like Miles, took the extra time to make sure my eyes were healthy (which they weren't 100% but that doesn't matter ?). Since he took the extra care I felt secure with the information I was given. Thanks Iris team! Will be back!

Was very patient, knowledgeable and thorough. There was great care taken to adhere to Covid policies. Would definitely recommend this office to a friend ?

He listen to all my questions I had to ask and answered all my questions . Then he made sure I understood what he was saying.I have had I exams before and was never treated like I was today. I picked out glasses and the front end ladies kept my safety in mine too listen to what I had to asked and kept me in the budget that I told her I had I highly recommend IRIS to anyone and Everyone Thanks you So much

This was due to an employee Jessica who is great at her job and enjoys what she does. She is knowledgeable and helpful, which motivated us to be on-going customers. I left my initial appointment counting the days to when my new glasses came in! They came much faster than I was quoted, which was a delight, and I'm very happy with the service and the products I received. I'm living for my new glasses, and the fancy Maui Jim's I'd been eyeing for ages! Can't wait for the sun to come out so I can make use of them... Thanks Miles and crew!

Associate Noel helped me choose glasses, and we were able to narrow it down from fifteen glasses to two pairs. Noel gave me his honest opinion, and feedback which I appreciated it greatly. Once I chose the the style I liked out of the two; he was there during the ordering process, called me when they were in, adjusted my new glasses, and previous ones as well. Every-time I came in, Noel washed my glasses as well. Noel followed up on how I was doing with my glasses after two weeks of owning my new pair of glasses. Of all the glasses I owned in life, this is my favourite. Jessica, Elisha, and Noel all helped me when I had questions or and concerns, they all serviced my glasses, and tended to all my needs and request. All the Associates were kind, gentle, friendly, patient, responsive, and respectful towards me who is a visible minority with a disability. Dr. Ryan Trottier, the optometrist at this location was very diligent with his work during the whole eye exam. He had my best interest in mind. I like that Dr. Ryan Trottier, is soft spoken, caring, gentle, friendly, and very respectful. Lastly he was able to let me know what is going to happen every step of the way. This is my first public review, and in itself it says a lot. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new pair of glasses, and or need a eye exam to go here. This is the place, you will not regret it!

This group ordered them in for a try on, fitted them for my prescription, and wow: this is the first time I've seen so clearly in years! They took their time for the fitting appointment and the try-on appointment to make sure everything was perfect. Every single aspect of doing business with these guys was stress-free, fun, and just a great experience. I highly recommend them to anyone - especially if you have a tricky prescription. They got it absolutely right and for a very, very reasonable price. Thanks to Noel and the gang - I won't be back for a couple years, but I will definitely be back. :-)
