I recently brought my 96 year old dad's glasses there after he suffered a fall which damaged his glasses. My father had purchased the glasses in another province before moving to BC. Despite having no prior dealings with him they promptly repaired as best they could his distorted frames .They put on new temple pieces all the while refusing to charge me anything for the repairs. They have opened a file in my Dad's name in case the repairs don't last and parts need to be ordered. Way to go Goo Goo Goggles.

I had called a few other optical shops to ask if they could replace them to plastic, but was told no. I called Goo Goo Goggles and the person on the phone was so helpful and friendly, told me it would be no problem to swap the pieces for me. When I went to go bring the glasses in, I was blown away at how quickly they swapped them out for me and how great their customer service was - they did the service free of charge! I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend!

I sent an email outlining my problem to Goo Goo Goggles to see if they could help me out. I got an email right back from Sam saying I could drop them off and she would see if my lens would fit in a new frame. We met outside the store due to the pandemic and I went back home. She called back within an hour saying she found one frame that would work. She sent me a picture of them and they looked great to me so I asked her to put my lenses in them. Within a few minutes she had my new glasses ready to go. I then was allowed in the store for my fitting and payment. The store is really welcoming with a vast array of unique frames that you will not see in other places. Sam was really helpful and great to work with amazing response times. I cannot say enough good things about the top quality service and the cool selections of frames. I will definitely be coming back to Goo Goo Goggles for my next pair of glasses.

Sent an email to GooGoo Goggles which was answered right away. The frames were ok but the right lens needed to be reset. The lens is held in at the bottom with a cord that looks like fishing line. This was broken. Dropped them off when they opened the next morning and they had them ready for me to pick up in less than an hour. I was fearing a huge charge but ready to pay. They charged me nothing and invited me to bring my service needs back to them. I wish I lived closer so I could. An amazing business!

I really appreciated the personal shopping they did for me before I ever set foot in the store. All I had to do was send them some inspiration photos and the staff selected a great assortment of glasses for me. When I arrived for my appointment all that was left was to sit down and try them on. I have to say that the staff here have a great eye. There were many great options, and we had a beautiful pair picked out in no time. They were fast and efficient in getting approval from my insurance plan, and before I knew it they had them ordered up and I was sent on my way. The staff here are true professionals. They know exactly what they are doing, and were great at putting me at ease throughout the experience. I'm sitting here now after getting many compliments from friends and family on my great stylish new glasses. A+, and I will be returning again.

I had booked an appointment and was greeted by Rachel, who worked with me one on one. She made it so easy! We talked about what I might be looking for in a frame (durable and fun), and she went to work picking out frames for me. With a huge selection, the experience could have been overwhelming. Instead I ended up going with one of Rachel's first recommendations. What can I say, she, she knows her glasses! Wil happily go back again.

However I needed to wait till my work benefits kicked in so I gave them a cash deposit to hold them. My benefits took forever so I was communicating with them regularly.
