★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. McLaughlin was very thorough and explained not only why he was performing each test on my eyes - he also went through the results with me. Made me feel right at ease. Kaitlyn was very friendly and patient as I worked through my choices of frames until we came up with one that I absolutely love! Each time I have contacted this office either in person or over the phone - the staff has been so friendly and seem so happy with their jobs. The right people in the right jobs. I have already recommended IRIS Langford.

However, when the manufacturer discontinued them and I needed to update my prescription, I was despondent. Ewa Drozdzel to the rescue! She custom-made my new frames to my exacting specifications. Incredible care and attention to detail. Customer for life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible service and spectacular quality. The entire team is so friendly, professional and competent. Nothing is rushed and our comfort and satisfaction really seemed paramount. They even seemed more intent on finding just the right frames for us than we were, even if though it meant having them to wipe down dozens of frames after we left. Best of all, both my wife and I have never been more satisfied with the prescription and fit from any glasses we’ve ever owned. Awesome teamwork folks!
