★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my watch checked because it be 5 minutes fast in just few hours of adjusting the time, when I picked it up the girl on the counter wasn't sure if it was checked or not since it didn't have any note on it, so she didn't charge me. She asked me to just take it and to see if it fixed or not. I gave it 24 hrs and noticed the watch was fixed its accurate, I went back to make the payment and she didn't charge ne for that and said it was ok. This made me realize that they don't do this for money but they do care about customers, I wish I could pay them back somehow for this to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a fitbit and the strap broke on one side. My husband brought it in and it was fixed right away! Then the other side broke and I brought it in. The owner fixed it on the spot and I haven't had any issues with it since. Thank you SO much! He didn't charge me either time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked online for a jewelry store to fix a broken necklace and saw Westshore jewelry. The information online said it was open at 10am on Saturday. Went there at about 10:26am and entered the store, it was dark inside so I stood by the door and waited for someone. This guy who I suppose is the owner comes out from the back room and you can almost see he wanted to scream at me. In his words “as you can see the lights are not turned on yet and I haven’t even opened the safe, maybe you can come back later”. No courtesy, no nothing. This is for a business that is supposedly open at 10am. If you can’t keep up with the time stated on the website, please change it. And if for some reason life happens and you open late, that’s okay too, just be polite to people, it doesn’t take anything, especially as a business owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a watch online and was unable to remove links from the bracelet myself to resize it. The young lady working there (sorry I didn't ask her name) did it for me, no charge! Thank you from a grateful customer ?. By the way they have an incredible selection of jewelry for resale. It's an affordable way to buy yourself the good stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my watch in to remove some links as it is to big. The service was excellent and the owner helped me in seconds. Job was done in less that 2 minutes and best of all he didnt charge me for it. The previous time I had some links removed by another jeweler , he charged me $40,00.

I brought my watch in to have some links taken out and the gentleman was very kind and helped me with my watch.
I thanked him because I tried to take the link out at home, I was worries I was going to damage the watch.
